Need an Official Record?
Use the record type to choose the official Bulloch County or Georgia office:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Criminal-history self-inspection: contact GBI/GCIC or ask the local sheriff about its personal-history process
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
- Reported felony convictions: use the official Georgia Felon Search channel
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Record restriction and sealing: review O.C.G.A. § 35-3-37, then contact the arresting agency, clerk, or GBI/GCIC as the procedure requires

Court files are held by the Clerk of Superior, State and Juvenile Court, 20 Siebald Street, Statesboro, GA 30458, 912-764-9009. Send record details to clerkinfo@bullochcounty.net. The clerk asks for the name, case number, book and page when relevant, and requester contact information.
