A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Bulloch County Criminal History does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Email messages are retained as needed to prepare a response. They remain within the operation unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

The published material identifies official custodians for Bulloch County records, including the sheriff, courts, GBI/GCIC, and Georgia Sex Offender Registry. This operation is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is never assembled into a consumer report or a file about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention rules, and disclosure practices govern information submitted to those tools. Those choices are outside this operation’s control, so review the provider’s policy before searching.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff pages, court portals, Georgia agencies, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves, the destination’s privacy terms control. Read those terms before supplying personal details.
Some advertising providers may track activity across websites to tailor advertisements. That processing occurs on the provider’s systems.

The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, governs access to public-agency records, while O.C.G.A. §§ 35-3-34 through 35-3-38 govern dissemination, inspection, correction, and restriction of state criminal-history information. Those public-record laws do not turn this private resource’s visitor data into a government record. At a minimum, you can:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
