1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files documents on a visitor’s behalf.

The resource directs visitors to the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office, the Clerk of Superior, State and Juvenile Court, GBI/GCIC, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry. It may also provide access to outside search services. Official documents and certified results must come from their government custodian.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Using information from this site, or from any tool linked here, to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against any person is prohibited and may be a crime. This applies with special force to sex offender registry information: Georgia law restricts how Georgia Sex Offender Registry data may be used, and misusing registry information against a listed person can carry criminal penalties. Registry data exists for public safety awareness, not for vigilante action, employment blacklisting, or housing discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If you need a background check for any of those purposes, order an official check through the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) or an FCRA-compliant screening company.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing published here is legal advice. General information about Bulloch County records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, record restriction, or sealing rule applies to one person. Consult a Georgia-licensed attorney for advice about an individual matter.

6. No Warranties

All material and functions are supplied "as is." No guarantee is made that:

• The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
• The site will stay up and running without interruptions
• Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
• Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Criminal records change as charges are filed, dismissed, restricted, sealed, or corrected. Gaps and delays are unavoidable. Nothing published here is an official statement from a court, sheriff, GBI/GCIC, or another public agency.

Links lead to sheriff websites, court portals, Georgia agencies, legal-aid organizations, and outside search services. Those destinations are independently controlled. Responsibility is disclaimed for their content, privacy conduct, charges, availability, and results. Review their terms before proceeding.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and code on this site belong to Bulloch County Criminal History or our content partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or build on our content without getting written permission first.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is disclaimed for damages arising from use of the website, including reliance on its material or an outside linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operation harmless from claims or demands caused by your use or violation of these terms, including related legal fees and costs.

11. Governing Law

Georgia law governs these terms, including applicable provisions of the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 10-1-390 through 10-1-407. The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, and criminal-history dissemination provisions in O.C.G.A. §§ 35-3-34 through 35-3-38 govern public agencies and official records, not this private operation. Any dispute tied to use of the resource must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms whenever we see fit. New terms go into effect the moment they appear on this page.

13. Cutting Off Access

We can limit or block your access to this site at any time, for any reason, with no warning.

14. Severability

If a court rules that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stand. The problem section gets adjusted only as much as needed to make it work.
